Enhancing your spa experience & the experience of those who you’ll be sharing the day with involves very little on your part.

Scheduling- Please call or come by in advance to take advantage of greater availability for your desired spa services & flexibility with your own personal schedule. We do, however, enjoy servicing same day requests - as our schedule permits.

Arrival Times- Arriving early for your first appointment is important for an enjoyable and relaxed visit. We invite you to arrive fifteen minutes ahead of your appointment so that you may enjoy our relaxation lounge and be prepared for your appointment. As a courtesy to our next guest, we must end your appointment at the originally scheduled time, thus arriving late deprives you of precious treatment time.

Cancellation- Your spa appointment is reserved just for you so in the event that you must cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time. If you are canceling a party of two or more persons, we will need a minimum of 48 hours notice.

Special Concerns- Please advise us of special needs that may require additional attention prior to your appointment. Certain treatments/services may not be recommended if you are pregnant or have any medical condition(s). Please let your therapist know if you are taking medications. Alcohol is not recommended before, during or immediately following spa services.

Gratuity- Gratuities are a matter of personal discretion & are not reflected in our menu pricing. Depending on your level of satisfaction with your spa services, 15-20% (or above) is a customary range. Unless otherwise noted, gift certificates do not include gratuities.

Environment- Our tranquil environment is important for the relaxation of all our clients, therefore please silence all cell phones/pagers & speak softly. For this same reason, children may not be left unattended in the lounges or reception area & are not permitted in spa treatment areas.

Gift Certificates- Gift certificates are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance & expiration dates are not extended. They are treated the same as cash & must be presented at time of service. Gift Certificates are not replaceable if lost, stolen or destroyed.

Jewelry- If you are spending the day with us for a spa package, please remove all jewelry prior to your visit.
